Well considered career decisions and its time

Focus & Decisions matter the most in our career path. This also is seen as Early awakening or early realisation of what one wishes to achieve now and wishes to pursue further as his own career for life. Can one spend FULL life for one cause? If Yes, is that found easily or can some people guide them? It is definite that the individual has to be passionate from within for the same, hence the word Focus & Decision make great sense. BUT Life does not have just one dimension or sector by its very nature. We need initiatives of understanding all aspects or all sectors and it can only be achieved through a team of EXPERTS. Much needed cross-sector initiatives lays stress on the importance of quality support for well considered career decisions at important transition points throughout an individual’s lifetime. The expert team is expected to dwell on individual’s requirement based on data inputs from scientifically designed Career Laboratory. This concept is being worked upon by us to make a beginning of great INITIATIVE to support one and all for life. We wish to serve all from the age of five to eighty five. The decision taken at right time will also make great impact on everything in life.

The core objectives of the Experts in FTEF (Five To Eighty Five) will be to:

  • Begin to Focus at an early age of Five and continue till one wishes say eighty five
    Bring cross-sector stakeholders under one roof
  • Exchange data, information / experience at local / regional/ national and global levels
  • Exploit the analysed data for all possible contemporary and futuristic career options
  • Explore all possible potential collaborations and research with all rigour to take problem of Mankind to focus in view of guidance & prescription
  • Develop a framework for greater outreach through partnerships and membership
  • Influence the development of a systemic approach to real-time career development including the past & present government policy experience
  • Share feedback of success rates, individual case studies and peculiarities
  • Provide a prescription of career options for each registered member based on different tests which will cover all possible aspects of expert opinion in a legal frame

FTEF recognises that appropriate career development is relevant to three main policy areas:

  • Interplay of JOB & available labour/workforce market
  • the economic upheavals
  • The education system
  • The Social equity norms & its reality
